Issue: Deactivated Leak Detection or Low Water Pressure

When you notice a sign indicating that the leak detection is deactivated or the water pressure is too low, it is essential to address this issue promptly to ensure the proper functioning of your water leak detection system. Here are some steps to troubleshoot this problem:

  1. Assess Water Pressure: Measure the water pressure in your system to determine if it is within the recommended range. Low water pressure can impact the effectiveness of the leak detection system.

  2. Press the WATER ON/OFF button to activate leak detection again

💡If the device is not installed in a water pipe, the STATUS LED will be yellow and WATER ON/OFF LED RED.
