Leak detection
The table below summarises the app/device behaviour when a potential leak is detected, no longer detected and normal operation respectively.
Scenario | Behaviour |
A potential leak is ongoing | Device Emits an audible beep (alarm) every 5 minutes. Leak notification is pushed in the app. User can mute the alarm directly from the app. For safety reasons, the same notification is sent again once every hour as long as the leak continues. |
Device stops detecting a potential leak | Device App / notification Leak notification banner is removed from the app’s home screen (top). |
Device is not detecting a potential leak (normal operation) | Device Consumption pattern is continuously analysed for potential leaks.
Consumption data is updated hourly. |
