Water is recognized as a separate environmental category within BREEAM, focusing on reducing water consumption and preventing leaks. The importance of each category is weighted according to its impact, with water accounting for 11% of the total score in Asset Performance and 9% in Management Performance.
Credits are available in each category, and your performance is determined by the percentage of credits earned within that category.
