Serial Numbers

Your serial number is unique to your device and is often used for extracting encryption keys and identifying the device.
You can find the serial number of your CubicMeter under the LCD display on the device. It is displayed both as a QR code and as digits written on the right side of “S/N”.
M-Bus serial number
The format of the serial number in your M-Bus system may be in a different format than by the CubicMeter LCD.
When you retrieve the CubicMeter encryption key you will also get both serial numbers formats.

S/N on M-Bus system: 1382 (BCD format)
