Reading the Display

The units perform an LCD check every 5 minutes. When it begins, the screen appears blank for 1 second and then all segments displayed for 1 second as a visual verification of the LCD screen’s full functionality. 

After the LCD check is complete, the following information is displayed in the following order, (1 second per item):

  1. Firmware version number 

  2. Firmware CRC32 checksum in hexadecimal format

  3. Current pipe temperature in °C

  4. Selected pipe setting type 

  5. Event/change-log counter
